Battle Space Profiler CTD Winch

Model CTD-110

The SOSI Battle Space Profiler (BSP) Winches are designed for small instrument casts to 1000 m. Their typical application is a permanent mount on a mine sweeping vessel. They are extremely rugged with a wide yet narrow footprint to match US Navy requirements. This 16 in. deep winch is heavily enclosed and includes a davit socket for local over-the-side operations and an emergency brake.

The Series CTD-110 meets MIL-STD-167-1, type I Vibration and MIL-S-901D, grade B, class I, type A shock and vibration requirements and is powered by 110 VAC or 24 VDC.

Profiler Winches can be acquired in a variety of drum widths with standard and optional features as listed. Options include a remote control, overload indicator, digital speed indicator, various input voltages, custom davit, pre-installed cable slip ring, diamond screw levelwind, 24 VDC and the option to have the cable spooled and terminated to match your instruments.
