The Sound Ocean Systems, Inc. (SOSI) Series UCW-40140RAL-200 Umbilical Cable Winches are designed for large ROV or benthic equipment, umbilical storage and handling where space constraints dictate an Overhead Right Angle Levelwind (RAL-OH). The Model UCW-40140 RAL-200 utilizes an open tubular frame design and is delivered with separate Hydraulic Power Units. It can be fitted with a variety of drum widths, cable storage capacities, line pulls, line speeds, horsepower and features such as a slip ring and full or partial certifications to ABS or DNV.

The UCW lines of winches are designed for rugged shipboard use and are easy to install on your own vessel, or vessels of opportunity. Their quality open frame steel construction and 3-coat finish provide long life even in the harshest marine environments.
