The SOSI Series SCTD-110
Winches have been designed for small instrument deployment operations of
various kinds including CTD casts. They are highly portable, light
weight and easy to install even on relatively small boats. The “-24VDC”
winches are provided standard with a 24 VDC electric motor and can
there-fore be used with two 12 VDC batteries as a power supply. Their
high quality, rugged aluminum and stainless steel construction combined
with a marine grade three coat epoxy paint provide long life even in the
harshest marine environments. Their simple, low maintenance design and
proven components insure reliable operation that you can depend upon.
