SOSI has had an Quality Management System in place for 25 years. The present system is modeled on the ISO9001:2000 International Standard. Employees are involved in the decision-making and direction of the quality program with the aim of increasing the employee's commitment to their work and to the customer. The staff takes a team approach to problem solving and quality accountability. The focus of the program continues to be in improving the level of customer satisfaction and lowering the cost of doing so.
- Field Operations
SOSI works closely with customers in the field, whether on-site or at sea. We can provide scheduled and emergency field services, maintenance, operations assistance, handle repairs, spare part requests as well as refurbishments for our clients. SOSI has experienced personnel available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. SOSI offers extensive on-site classroom or at-sea training services such as detailed operation and maintenance training. Classroom training may be done at our SOSI facilities in Redmond, WA, at our clients’ facilities or at sea. SOSI provides dedicated office space for customers during their stay in Redmond. Manuals and associated documentation are provided with product delivery in English and may be translated for an additional charge.
