Project Management

At SOSI we see our Project Managers as the guides to our success. SOSI Project Managers establish, implement and monitor project schedules, budgets and resources. Their expertise extends to large, multi-year projects, contract bids, government paperwork and as well as technical drawing and assembly. They are there for you from idea to procurement.

Our Project Managers are the primary point of contact with our clients and pride themselves on meeting customer requirements from quote to delivery. They are integrally involved in subcontractor management and work to ensure timely deliveries and milestones are observed. They practice our project management methodology, part of our QA system, creating a manufacturing framework and guidelines to bring your project in on time and on budget. Project Managers communicate and coordinate your quality requirements and specifications are adhered to throughout the acquisition and fabrication process to our team of engineers, suppliers, vendors and subcontractors. Our Project Managers are additionally there for you through the product-testing phase, including in-processing testing and factory acceptance testing.

Build and Integration

SOSI is primarily a system integration specialist, but additionally does fabrication to assure low-cost and exceptional quality. Additionally SOSI's long-standing relationship with key fabrication, fiberglass and machine shops ensure that our high quality design standards are carried through with accuracy and a low-price point. SOSI only subcontracts to fabricators with excellent reputations that we have a long-standing business relationship with.

SOSI builds and fabricates every system and component to meet rigorous quality standards. Through the build, SOSI staff focuses on meeting all criteria for acceptance testing be it ABS / DNV certification, military or our clients criteria.
