TITANIUM HOUSINGS, Series 6000

Series 6000, Spherical Titanium Instrument Housings are manufactured by
the Experimental Design Bureau of Oceanological Engineering, part of the
Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow. Each housing has been designed
and tested for operations to 6,000 meter water depths. The housings come
standard with blank connector ports and are provided with O-ring face
seals and titanium fastening hardware. Custom porting and machining for
electrical connectors and vents can be provided. The housings are
supplied with simple bolt flanges for securing the spherical halves
together. They can be supplied natural or with a variety of internal and
external surface finishes. Their rugged design and high quality Russian
titanium provide long life even in the harshest marine environments.
Their simple closure and seal designs insure reliable leak proof
operation that you can depend upon. The Series 6000 Spherical Titanium
Housings can also be acquired in a variety of custom diameters and most
sizes can be provided with an optional cylindrical center section to
extend the length.
